In March of 2013 we began Faith Flix with the intent to provide a behind the scenes look at the individuals working in independent Christian films. Since that time we’ve had 269 blog posts, interviewing rising young stars, hard working crew members, and established experts in the industry. We’ve focused on films, tv shows, film festivals, and other events and organizations related to film.

Now as 2014 draws to a close, we’d like to recognize the most popular folks and films with our second annual Faith Flix Favorites Awards. Winners in each category will be those who have received the most hits to their interview or article. We’ll recognize the top three in each category as well as an honorable mention.

If you’ve been the subject of a Faith Flix blog post, start spreading the word and encouraging your friends and followers to check out your article.  Share the direct link to your interview or article. The most page hits wins.

To vote on a person or film, just visit their Faith Flix page. Even better, “like” it or comment on it. The pages with the most page hits will win.

We’ll announce the winners on January 1, 2015. Good luck!

Written by Sharon Wilharm

I'm a female filmmaker, blogger, and speaker with over a decade of industry experience. I'm passionate about visual storytelling. I know firsthand that you don't have to spend a fortune to make a good movie, and you can tell a powerful story without ever saying a word. My desire with Faith Flix is to educate, inspire, and encourage my fellow filmmakers. I know that Christian filmmakers can make better movies, but it takes education and hard work. I'll help with the education and leave you to do the hard work.

Favorite Film Festival–Ok, I will vote for myself here, Bedias Christian Film Festival

Favorite Film Production/Distribution Company–Here I would vote for PureFlix, because of how easy the make their catalog available to our monthly film showings.

Favorite Film Resource–Christian Film Database is my go to site because of the way they organize their information with clickable links and resource lookups.
